★ Biography ★

Cap'n Davo is the kind of man who describes a crocodile on the marina pontoon as "a situation." He's a Kiwi mariner who came to Singapore the way most things worth finding are found: accidentally. He owns the Noordic 26, which he describes as "a very capable vessel" and which Finnigan describes as "that boat." He skippers with the calm authority of someone who has been in enough genuine trouble to know that most situations don't qualify. His captain's hat goes on first, before anything else. He is almost always right.
