Long-tailed macaques with absolutely no respect for
private property, provisions, or personal space.
Cap'n Davo had a plan.
The monkeys had been here longer and had a better one.
The provisions were never recovered.

Long-tailed macaques (Macaca fascicularis) are one of the most socially complex primates, with intricate dominance hierarchies.
The Malaysian Department of Wildlife and National Parks advises against feeding monkeys. Cap'n Davo did not feed them. They helped themselves.
